Woman, 71, found dead at foot of HDB block in Yishun

A 71-year-old woman was found dead at the foot of Block 701B Yishun Avenue 5 on Mar. 23.

Responding to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force said that they were alerted to a case of fall from height at about 7:10am.

The 71-year-old woman was found lying motionless at the foot of the block.

She was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force paramedic.

Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.

Police investigations are ongoing.
