M'sian man, 34, gets stripped & filmed by loan sharks, girlfriend leaves him after nudes leaked
The man said loan sharks threatened to sell him to Myanmar if he did not comply.

A Malaysian man, 34, was allegedly stripped naked and filmed by loan shark runners on Nov. 8 when he met them to discuss repayment for the money he owed.
The incident took place in a shopping mall toilet in Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur.
The man, identified as Danish, said at a Nov. 12 press conference by the Malaysia Humanitarian Organization (MHO) that he had initially wanted to borrow RM1,000 (S$314) in September 2025 from an unlicensed moneylender he found on social media.
He approached an illegal source for the loan as he claimed that he had an emergency.
However, he ended up only receiving RM500 (S$157) after the loan shark deducted so-called processing fees.
He was given only three days to repay the money and was warned that he would be fined if he failed to make repayment.
The late payment fee was reportedly RM450 (S$15.81) per hour.
Subsequently, Danish said the loan shark kept demanding more as they allegedly asked for another RM1,200 (S$377), and recently, even RM10,000 (S$3,140).
Nudes leaked
Danish then met up with the loan shark's runners at a shopping mall in Selangor to discuss repayment of his debt.
Three loan shark runners then allegedly forced him into a toilet.
They stripped him naked while filming the act and sent it to all his WhatsApp contacts, including his workplace group.
His colleagues informed him that they received his nudes a day after the incident.
Danish said he had complied with the loan shark runners' demands as they claimed to have a knife.
They also threatened to sell him to Myanmar if he did not do as told.
In addition, the loan shark runners stole his personal belongings, including his phone.
Following the incident, Danish made a police report that same night.
The press conference saw the MHO condemn the loan sharks' thuggish behaviour and sought the authorities' help to investigate the matter.
Broke up
As a result of his nudes leaking, Danish's girlfriend of five years apparently broke up with him, Sin Chew Daily reported.
Danish said his girlfriend left him on Nov. 9, a day after the videos were widely circulated.
He added that she paid their rent before leaving.
Family cut ties
Danish also claimed that his family has since cut ties with him as they could no longer take the harassment from loan sharks.
The man claimed he nearly took his own life as he felt humiliated.
He added that he hoped to get back on his feet and sought forgiveness from his girlfriend and family.
An MHO media statement also urged the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) to conduct a thorough investigation and punish the perpetrators involved.
