A four-room Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale flat in the Bishan estate has been sold for a record price of S$1.25 million in November 2025.
The unit is located in Block 273A Bishan Street 24, according to HDB's resale transaction listing on its website.

Beat previous record sale in the area
The property, which is located between the 37th and 39th storeys in the block, is also part of the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project at Natura Loft.
It boasts a remaining lease of 84 years and 10 months.
The unit also surpassed the previous record sale of S$1.23 million for another four-room flat in the estate, located at 503 Bishan Street 11.
Situated between the fourth and sixth storeys, the flat's transaction was recorded in April 2025.
However, it only has a remaining lease of 63 years and eight months.
