S'porean man, 46, to face 3 charges, including exposing his genitals & fiddling with it
The man is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 7.

A Singaporean man, 46, was charged with three separate offences, including exposing his genitals and fiddling with them.
According to court documents, the man was charged with three offences on Oct. 25.
These offences were made on separate occasions: One for performing an obscene act in a public place to the annoyance of others, one for outrage of modesty of a person below the age of 14 and one for intentionally exposing his genitals to a woman on the bus.
On Jan. 18, 2025, the man was in a lift of block 606C Tampines Street 61 with another passenger when he reportedly unzipped his jeans, exposed his penis and fiddled with it: thereby performing an obscene act in a public place to the annoyance of others.
On Apr. 7, the man was travelling on bus 68 along Tampines Central 1, where he purposely exposed his genitals to a 29-year-old woman. He allegedly sat beside the victim on the bus, unzipped his pants and exposed his genitals to her.
On Oct. 23, the man reportedly used criminal force on a 12-year-old girl at block 89 Bedok North Street and touched her buttock over her clothing.
The man is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 7.
