On the evening of Jul. 7, Klook announced that its Taylor Swift Experience Packages, which bundle a hotel stay with a pair of tickets to Swift's concert in Singapore, were sold out.
On Jul. 19, some of these buyers have apparently been informed by Klook that their concert tickets will be voided.

More than four tickets per account
In response to Mothership's queries, a Klook spokesperson said that they are aware of the concerns raised by a "small number" of customers whose packages were voided.
These customers were discovered by the organisers to have more than four tickets associated with their Ticketmaster account.
According to Ticketmaster's website, ticket sales are limited to a maximum of four per account.
Each Ticketmaster account can only purchase up to a maximum of four concert tickets throughout the sale process, regardless of sale channels.
Klook's frequently asked questions (FAQ) page states that the Klook Experience Packages are non-refundable or cancellable.
Full refunds for affected customers
However, in a statement provided on Jul. 20, Klook said that it will issue full refunds to affected customers after "extensive discussions with the organiser".
The refund process may take three to 14 business days to be reflected in their accounts.
The voided tickets are not available for public sale again.
"This is in accordance with the organisers' terms and conditions and any redistribution is at the organisers' discretion," the statement said.
