Takagi Coffee is coming to Singapore.
Set to open on Mar. 23, the specialty roastery and cafe from Japan will be located at 100 AM in Tanjong Pagar.
Additionally, they are offering a special opening promotion from Apr. 1 to 10, where the first 50 dine-in customers will receive 50g of single-origin coffee beans (roasted in-house) free of charge.
Specialty single origin coffee
Founded in 1958 with five stores across Japan, Takagi Coffee offers Original Blend Coffees that are roasted "purposefully dark, rich and strong".
As a way to make coffee a little more "special and entertaining", they roast their gourmet coffee beans in the store.
What started as a cafe which focused on food, Takagi Coffee has turned into a go-to coffee specialty chain that offers with both savoury and sweet options.
On top of their signature blend coffees, Takagi Coffee offers single-origin hand-dripped coffees from Nicaragua, Bali, and Rwanda.
They also have foods that pair well with their coffees, from katsu sando (pork cutlet sandwich) to Matcha French Toast.
Other food items that will be offered at the Singapore outlet include curry rice from Tokyo's Maji Curry and souffle pancakes from pancake cafe Belle-ville.
Prices range from S$10 - S$16.
Takagi Coffee will be open Mondays - Sundays, 11am to 8.30pm, with the last orders at 8pm.
