Heavy rains fell all over Singapore on Wednesday, March 2, and caused flash floods in Punggol and on the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE), among other areas.
The floodwaters subsided just before 7pm in the northeast areas.
Rainbow appears
Following which, at dusk, just before 7pm, many people in the northeastern parts of Singapore saw the most perfect rainbow appear just as the sun was about to set.
One video, submitted by @Metro_Blanche, showed exactly how perfect the rainbow was when seen from Punggol.
