Shangri-La Hotel, a stone's throw from the Orchard Road district, is lighting up its hotel rooms to form the “SG ❤️” message during this Covid-19 pandemic as encouragement for essential workers to soldier on.
The hotel will illuminate 121 rooms to stand in solidarity with essential workers.

For the month of April, Marina Bay Sands lit every night from 7.30pm to 11pm.
MBS said it is lighting up the exterior of the three hotel towers and underbelly of the Sands SkyPark, along with the facade of ArtScience Museum to rally behind the nation’s ongoing SG United efforts.
This is believed to be the first building light-up for SG United.
The integrated resort had shut all operations since April 7.
