On Tuesday (Apr. 7), Singapore enforced its circuit breaker measures.

Restricted over-the-counter services

In line with these measures, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has restricted over-the-counter services at the ICA Building, according to a media release on its official site.

Members of the public are advised to use the ICA e-Services for transactions and defer all non-urgent visits to the ICA Building till after May. 4, 2020.

The ICA e-Appointment Service will also be suspended during this period.

But its call centre (6391 6100) will continue to be available.

Only urgent services with approval allowed

ICA clarified that only urgent services with pre-approved appointments will be attended to.

If you require urgent services at the ICA Building during this period, you can submit a request here.

It will take one working day for the request to be processed.

Only those who receive an approval slip will be granted entry into the ICA Building.
