An Australian actress and socialite came under fire for posting racist Instagram stories while in Singapore.

On Sunday, Nov. 3, reddit user u/aussiebattlerfairgoz created a thread titled, "YouFoodz owner and founder's fiancee Jordana Stott racist slur on Instagram", in the Queensland subreddit.

The thread included a video showing four Instagram stories uploaded by an account named @film_fashion_wine.

In the first story, the camera follows a man wearing black swimming trunks and slippers.

It is captioned "Living his best life."

In the second story, the camera focuses on an Asian couple sitting at a restaurant table.

The man shows his companion a video of an origami crane on his phone.

A woman's voice can be heard saying, "F*ckin' origami, mate! F*ckin' origami!"

In the third video, the camera shows a group of Asian people taking a selfie together in a rooftop swimming pool.

A woman's voice can be heard saying, "Oh yeah, get it c*nts! F*cking get the photo! Oh f*cking yeah shi-shing, yeah shi-shing," in an apparent mockery of Mandarin.

A man's voice can also faintly be heard making similar comments.

The last InstaStory is a still image of Gardens by the Bay from what looks like a hotel room balcony, complete with a Merlion sticker.

Fiancée of Australian food delivery company founder

The Reddit thread alleged that the Instagram account, which is currently private, belongs to Stott.

Stott is the fiancée of Lance Giles, the founder of Australian meal delivery company Youfoodz.

According to Australian media outlet 9News, Youfoodz produces ready-made meals for home delivery and sale in supermarkets and petrol stations around the country.

Its factory is located in Brisbane.

Giles was advertised as a featured speaker at the Global Restaurant Leadership Conference in Singapore, held on Nov. 3 to 6.

The conference is hosted in Marina Bay Sands.

According to 9News, Giles responded via The Courier Mail, a Brisbane news outlet.

He said that he and Stott "regretted their actions" and added: "We deeply apologise for any offence this misjudgement has caused."
