Australia tea brand T2 Tea is closing all three outlets in Singapore, The Business Times reported, citing an employee who provided the tip-off.

No reason was disclosed.

The T2 Tea outlets are located at 313@Somerset, Suntec City and VivoCity.

They are holding a clearance sale with 30 per cent discounts on products.

The Suntec City store will close after Mar. 25.

Most of its items had been cleared.

Its online store is still up.

Opened in 2017

The first T2 Tea flagship store in Singapore was opened in 2017 at 313@Somerset, the first time it expanded into Asia.

A special Singapore Breakfast blend inspired by kaya toast was made for local tea drinkers.

T2 Tea was founded in 1996 in Melbourne, Australia and also has stores in New Zealand.

T2 Tea was acquired by Unilever in 2013, which then sold its entire tea business in 2021.

It closed all its outlets in the UK in 2023, due to “unprecedented changes”.

A June 2025 news report mentioned that T2 Tea had 62 stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
