S'porean woman catches on CCTV man loitering outside her Punggol flat, allegedly finds semen on gate after
She has filed a police report.
A woman living in Punggol allegedly found semen on the door handle of her gate after an unknown man loitered outside her home at close to midnight on Jan. 29.
A video posted on TikTok by user @linaleman0 on Feb. 15 showed CCTV footage of a middle-aged man in a white polo shirt and khaki shorts walking past the woman's home.
Before he leaves the camera frame, he turns around, walks to the door and touches the lock handle.
The man then appears to grip his crotch as he peers at the HDB unit. He walks away and walks back to look at the unit several times, before eventually leaving.
The woman, who identified herself as Lina, told Mothership that she did not know or recognise the man, and such incidents had never occurred in her neighbourhood.

Sticky door handle
Based on the timestamp provided on the video, the incident occurred at 11:59pm on Jan. 29.
According to Lina, the incident occurred at Block 421B Northshore Drive.
As she was heading out for breakfast with her husband the morning after and was about to leave the house, she touched her gate's door handle and realised it was sticky and smeared with a dried-up white substance.
As they were running late, Lina wiped it dry.
In the caption of her video, she stated that the man "tampered with my gate's digital lock".
When asked if the neighbourhood had encountered any suspicious persons or behaviour before, Lina recounted that shortly after the incident, her neighbour told her that the man allegedly approached their flat as well.
The neighbour shared that she had seen the man on the staircase before, patrolling the corridor.
As her neighbour peered through her door's peephole, she saw the man staring back at her.
Terrified, the neighbour told her husband, who peeked through the peephole, scaring the man away.
Reviewed footage
Lina said she "did not realise that it was semen till half an hour later", when her son called to tell her what the substance was.
While in the bus, Lina and her husband reviewed the footage from their doorbell camera.

She said that she shared the video to warn other people of this man, stating that she still felt unsafe especially when her husband goes to work.
Netizens slam suspicious behaviour
Commenters on Lina's TikTok video expressed worry for her safety, saying that there was a possibility that the man was observing the digital lock for Lina's fingerprints to see the number code to key in.
