2-room resale flat in Queenstown's 'SkyParc @ Dawson' sold for record-breaking S$695,000 in Feb. 2026

A two-room resale flat in Queenstown was recently sold for a record-high price of S$695,000 in February 2026.

The sale of the flat located within "SkyParc @ Dawson" makes it the most expensive two-room HDB resale transaction in Singapore that has officially been recorded, according to 99.co.

Located above the 30th floor, the unit which spans 506 square feet, costs around S$1,373 per square foot.

According to 99.co, the development's lease began in 2021 and the buyer secured the unit with around 94 years left on the lease.

In addition, Google Maps shows that "SkyParc @ Dawson" is about a 12 to 15-minute walk away from Queenstown MRT station and about a 17 to 18-minute walk away from Redhill MRT station.

This sale comes after 99.co reported that a five-room Premium Apartment Loft at "SkyTerrace @ Dawson" had previously been sold for S$1.7 million in early February 2026.
