Man, 31, arrested for public nudity at Ang Mo Kio block

A resident in Ang Mo Kio was shocked to see a fully nude man walking around his estate in broad daylight.
The incident took place at around 3pm on Feb. 20, he said.
In videos and photos shared with Mothership, the man could be seen out and about while holding a pair of shorts in his hands.
Alarmed, the resident immediately called the police to report the incident.
In response to Mothership's queries, the police confirmed that they received a call for assistance at Block 455C Ang Mo Kio Street 44.
A 31-year-old man was arrested for appearing nude in a public place.
Investigations are ongoing.
Resident saw him twice
The resident said this was not the first time he had seen the man behaving this way.
About two to three weeks ago, he had spotted the same man walking around the same area half-naked and barefoot, wearing only a pair of shorts.
But this time, he was fully naked.
Upon seeing him, the resident quickly walked away before recording a video of the man from a distance.
He later heard a loud shout from another neighbour in apparent reproach.
In response, the man put his shorts back on and walked off, the resident said.
