5 police officers apprehend woman, 57, at Club Street in Chinatown
She had an item in her right hand.
A 57-year-old woman was apprehended under the Mental Health Act at Club Street in Chinatown on Dec. 20 morning.
The police said they received a call for assistance at 11am.
What police did
Five police officers were seen in a video posted online surrounding a woman in a blue top.
She appeared to have an item in her right hand.
A police officer was then seen sneaking up on the woman and grabbing her right arm from behind.
The video then cut off.
