Haji Lane photo studio looking for youths riding e-bike in store, leaving skid marks on floor
Tsk tsk.
A self-photo studio in Haji Lane uploaded surveillance camera footage of three youths riding an e-bicycle into the store, leaving tyre marks on the floor.
Taking to TikTok on Oct. 24, PickyPic Photobooth, located at Haji Lane, uploaded the video with the caption: "Do we really have to put a 'no bike' sign in the store?"
When one of the youths rode it through the shop, it left a long skid mark on the floor.
When the rider noticed the mark on the floor, he appeared shocked and attempted to scrub it out with his slipper.
However, when the stain did not budge, the rider seemed to give up and left it there.
The three youths then brought the bike into a photobooth, and when they exited, the bike left another skid mark on the floor.
The trio rode the bicycle from one end to the other, taking photographs along the way, before leaving.

According to the timestamp on the surveillance footage, the incident occurred on Oct. 24.
"Please contact us if you are the person in the video or if you know them. If not, we will report this to the authorities," the shop wrote at the end of the video.
Mothership has reached out to the store for more information.
Rules and regulations for PAB
Electric bicycles are a type of power-assisted bicycle (PAB), and they are subject to legal requirements.
According to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), such bicycles can only be ridden on cycling paths and roads (except expressways, expressway tunnels and road tunnels).
When on footpaths, riders are to dismount and push their PAB.
PAB riders must also pass and obtain the PAB Theory Test Certificate before riding.
Riders and pillion riders of PABs must be at least 16 years old.
Failure to comply with regulations is an offence and may result in penalties, including fines and/or jail terms.
