S'pore Flyer temporarily suspends operations after 'technical issue'
Shops and restaurants at the Retail Terminal will remain open.
Singapore Flyer has temporarily suspended its flight operations as a precautionary measure following the detection of a technical issue during its routine maintenance inspection.
They posted the announcement on Facebook at about 1:30pm on Sep. 10.
Meanwhile, shops and restaurants at Singapore Flyer's Retail Terminal will remain open, they wrote.
"We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused," they added.
Those with prior bookings can get in touch with the customer service team at their emailĀ ([email protected]) or call their hotline (+65 6333 3311) for assistance.
Those who have made bookings via third-party platforms are advised to contact their booking agent directly.
Members of the public can receive updates through Singapore Flyer's website and social media platforms.
