'Is it a lorry or library?': S'pore lorry with no talking sign sparks confusion, company says sign from Covid period

A TikTok video showing a lorry with a "no talking" sign pasted on it went viral recently.

The user was incredulous about the signage, questioning whether it was a lorry or a library.
Comments also made quips about it being a mobile library.
A few comments were appalled by the sign, saying it reflected a broader mentality about foreign workers.
Although some did float the possibility that this could have been a Covid-era sign, which seems to tally with a wider shot of the lorry later on in the video. Where a mask sign appears to be spotted.

Clarification
In response to queries from Mothership, the company in question, Deluge Fire Protection, confirmed that the sign was from Covid times.
Senthil from Deluge told Mothership that he had already instructed the driver to take down the sign after having seen the video.
"The sign was originally placed during the Covid period, but it has since been removed from all our other vehicles. Unfortunately, I did not notice this one lorry earlier."
