New footage shows terrifying aftermath of Ukrainian refugee stabbing in US, Trump denounces attacker as 'deranged monster'
Trump called Brown a "deranged monster".
A 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, Iryna Zarutska, was stabbed to death on Aug. 22 in North Carolina, in the U.S.
Zarutska was pronounced dead at the East/West Boulevard light rail station in South End, Charlotte just before 10pm. She suffered multiple stab wounds.
According to the CMPD, Decarlos Brown Jr., 34, was identified as a suspect in this case.
Footage emerged earlier this week showing what happened on the train itself.
New footage now shows the aftermath of the attack, which shows a shocked Zarutska looking back at her attacker before breaking down.
Other passengers are then seen backing away from the scene.
