If you tuned in to Star Awards 2025 on Jul. 6, you might’ve noticed a recurring theme — many artistes thanking the same few names in their speeches.
Doreen, Ivy, Ada, and Jae.
So, who exactly are these people that keep getting mentioned on stage?
Doreen

Doreen Neo is the Chief Talent Officer at Mediacorp and oversees all talent management and practices.
Essentially, she is somewhat of a key figure behind the scenes, shaping many of Mediacorp's top artistes.
Ivy

Ivy Low is the head of The Celebrity Agency (TCA), which manages the company's celebs.
Ada
Ada Koh is a TCA artiste manager who has been around for some time, and hangs out with celebs often.
Jae
Last but not least, we have Jae Leaw, who is listed as the assistant lead of celebrity management at Mediacorp on her LinkedIn profile.
She was previously with Catwalk Asia — aka the home of celebs such as Fann Wong and Christopher Lee for years.
