GetGo car caught fire along Upper Changi Road East, cause of fire still under investigation
GetGo said they are aware of the incident.
A GetGo car caught fire along Upper Changi Road East on May 29.
In a video posted on social media, the car was seen engulfed in flames in front of a bus stop, with black smoke billowing from it.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership it was alerted to the incident at approximately 11:05am.
It used a water jet to extinguish the fire, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, SCDF added.
In response to Mothership's queries, GetGo said they are aware of the incident and are investigating its cause.
At the time of the incident, the car was being driven by an authorised workshop personnel, and the affected vehicle was unavailable on their platform.
"We would like to assure our community and members of the public that the safety of our users is our top priority at GetGo.
Hence, all of our vehicles comply with regulatory inspection and servicing requirements to ensure that they adhere to industry standards and are safe to drive."
