3 youths bring motorcycle to 11th-floor Teban Gardens Road HDB flat door as a prank, town council investigating
Some didn't think it was funny.

Three youths allegedly pushed a motorcycle into a lift of a Housing and Development Board (HDB) block along Teban Gardens Road, took it up 11 floors, and parked it outside their friend's unit.
Their prank on Apr. 11, recorded on video, was then posted online — only for the trio to get slammed for their antics.

The video showed one youth pushing a red motorcycle into the lift while another pressed the lift button.
A third person was filming from the side.
When the lift arrived at the 11th floor, they pushed the motorcycle out and parked it outside a flat.
Youths filmed video 'for fun'
Speaking to Shin Min Daily News, the 44-year-old female owner of the unit involved said the three male youths involved are friends of her eldest son.
According to her, all three of them were 19 years old and were not residents of the HDB block.
"On the day of the incident, they left after a gathering with my son. I did not know that they were fixing the motorcycle downstairs, not to mention their subsequent acts," added the owner.
She claimed that the motorcycle belonged to one of the youths, and the three of them filmed the video for fun.
However, as the video captured her neighbour's unit, the owner said she had immediately apologised and explained what had transpired to her neighbour.
Youths apologised to flat owner, town council investigating
Following the incident, the three youths had apologised to the flat owner, Shin Min reported the owner as saying.
Their parents were also informed about the incident, and they promised that their children would not repeat such mistakes in the future.
Although the owner said she had forgiven them, she believed the youths should be held accountable for their actions.
In response to Shin Min's queries, the West Coast Town Council said it takes a serious view of the matter and has launched an investigation.
The town council will also take necessary action, including informing the authorities, read the statement.
