A man dressed in black then kicked the front of the lorry, while a man in a white cap tried to force open the driver's door.

When that failed, he grabbed a motorcycle helmet and smashed it against the driver's side window.

Residents told Shin Min Daily News that they have seen the lorry driver before, as he would often park at the unloading area of the block to deliver parcels.

An eyewitness living in the block told Shin Min that the driver had a dispute with the motorcyclist prior to the incident.
