All S'porean & PR HDB households to receive additional S$100 Climate Vouchers, scheme expanded to private households
The scheme will now be extended to include all Singaporean citizen households living in private properties.

All Singaporean and Housing Development Board (HDB) households will receive an additional S$100 worth of Climate Vouchers. This is on top of the S$300 vouchers that was given to HDB households last year.
The scheme will now be extended to include all Singaporean citizen households living in private properties.
Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong announced the enhancement to the Climate Friendly Households Programme on Feb. 18 during his 2025 Budget speech.
Previously, when the programme was announced in 2024, only HDB households were given S$300 to purchase energy- and water-efficient products.
PM Wong announced that HDB households will receive an additional S$100 worth of Climate Vouchers for HDB households, bringing the total to S$400 worth of Climate Vouchers.
PM Wong also shared that the government will extend the Climate Vouchers to all Singapore Citizen households living in private properties.
From Apr. 15, Singaporean and permanent resident HDB households can claim their additional S$100 in Climate Vouchers, said the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Singaporean households living in private residential properties can also claim their vouchers from Apr. 15.
By expanding to include Singapore Citizen private households, the Climate Friendly Households Programme will cover around 90 percent of households in Singapore.
The Climate Vouchers are valid until Dec. 31, 2027, and can be used at over 150 participating retailers with over 500 outlets to purchase energy- and water-efficient household products.
The Climate Friendly Households Programme, which was launched on Nov. 28, 2020, is a joint initiative by the NEA and PUB to encourage households to be more efficient in their energy and water consumption.
According to the Climate Vouchers website, multiple families/tenants living in the same registered address are collectively entitled to one set of Climate Vouchers for the same registered address/flat.
