Singapore's Young Lions ended their 32nd SEA Games campaign with three losses and a draw.
Malaysia 7-0 Singapore
In their last match against Malaysia on Thursday (May 11), Singapore lost 7-0.
Malaysia led by two goals in the first half of the game, courtesy of Saravanan and Muhammad Haqimi.
In the second half, Malaysia bagged another five goals, with Saravanan finding the back of the net three more times, and Muhammad Mukhairi and Mohd Aiman scoring one each.
Previous matches
Singapore did not win their three previous matches in the SEA Games.
On Apr. 30, the Young Lions lost 3-1 to Thailand.
They then suffered a 3-1 defeat to Vietnam on May 3.
On May 6, Singapore tied with Laos in a goalless match.
This means that Singapore only scored two goals in their entire 32nd SEA Games campaign.
