Din Tai Fung is back with another rendition of their chocolate lava buns.
For their 20th anniversary, the Taiwanese restaurant has launched the Cocoa Nutty Bun made with Kit Kat spread, available from now till May 31, 2023.
Each soft bun oozes (there's the word again) milk chocolate made with Kit Kat spread, completed with wafer bits for texture.
For extra crunch, crushed peanuts act as garnish.
Think of it also as a twist to the usual steam custard bun, Din Tai Fung says.
The new item is priced at S$3.20 per piece, or S$9 for three pieces.
You can find it for dine-in and takeaway at all outlets, as well as for delivery on GrabFood.
The restaurant has also added another main dish to the menu—Noodle with Crispy Wanton in Spicy Sauce—selling now till June 30, 2023.
This costs S$14.50.
