Sengkang Grand Mall is set to open sometime in early March.
Multiple retail brands have put out social media posts to announce their new outlets at this shopping mall near Buangkok MRT station.

First integrated development in the North-east
According to their website, the mall will be the first integrated development in northeastern Singapore that comprises a 3-level retail component, a hawker centre, childcare centre, community club, and 680 residential units.
Sengkang Grand Mall will feature over 90 brands, notable ones include FairPrice, Sushi Express, Sukiya, Uniqlo, McDonald's, and more.
McDonald's has started operating at Sengkang Grand Mall this week.
Other amenities
Sengkang Grand Mall also has a wide array of amenities available, such as:
- Nursing room
- Shower facility
- Community club
- Hawker centre
- Public carpark
The mall will be operational from 10am to 10pm daily once it opens officially.
The official opening of the mall has not been revealed.
