Messaging app Telegram appears to be down worldwide.
The issue is being reported around the world since before Thursday, Nov. 25, 6:25pm (Singapore time).
The Downdetector site showed a spike in outages just 6pm Singapore time.
Telegram on Twitter has not issued any word yet.
