Fans of Royston Tan's unconventional debut film "15" will soon be able to wear their hearts on their sleeves, quite literally.
On June 30, 2021, the film will manifest in the form of a apparel collection with local fashion label Youths In Balaclava (YIB).
The collection is housed under YIB's sub-label, YIB Bandits.
It features T-Shirts, hoodies, tote bags, as well as desk mats, all of which will be available for purchase on the YIB webstore.
Prices range from S$40 to S$110 per piece.
Here are some sneaks:
Singaporeans who are overseas can also find them at Dover Street Market London, Dover Street Market Los Angeles, and Dover Street Market New York.
Tan tells Mothership that he is not directly involved in the project, but was approached by the label's founders, who asked to use the movie's stills for their products.
The director gave them his "blessings" to use the material, as a show of support for local youths.
