The product in question? A S$239 Logitech gaming mouse.
Discreet packaging
The customer had sent a message to Endless Passion, a gaming store in Singapore, asking if it would be possible for the mouse to be wrapped in "simple" packaging.
And the store did just that.
A series of screenshots of the conversation with the customer was shared to their Facebook page in a now-viral post.
The mouse was eventually wrapped in a plain, white packaging with the words "books for study" written on it.

Later on, the customer replied to thank the store. Attached was a photo to show that the product had arrived safely.
Responses to viral post
The post garnered a slew of amused responses on Facebook, garnering nearly 10,000 shares since it was posted on May 26.
Many pointed out the "quality service" of the store, while others poked fun at the "books".
However, some also highlighted the fact that the gaming store's post may have had the unintended effect of exposing their customer:
