Omakase Burger has opened a pop-up outlet in a Toa Payoh coffeeshop.
Before the days of Shake Shack and Five Guys, Omakase was (is?) known for their extravagant, S$20-plus burgers in Wisma Atria.
The Toa Payoh stall is an "express" outlet, so prices are about 20 per cent cheaper for à la carte items.
Fries are another S$3.90, if you want them with your meal.
If you're just going for a cheeseburger, there's a S$14.90 set that already comes with fries.
Make it a bigger stack with add-ons such as applewood smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, or an extra beef patty.
Omakase says that they will be in Toa Payoh for a "limited time," although they did not specify how long.
Besides dining in, you can also get it delivered from their Toa Payoh outlet via Foodpanda, Deliveroo, and the Omakase site.
This is only for those in the vicinity, though.
Although you'll get the "lowest online prices and faster delivery if you live within 3km," the S$14.90 set meal and express prices are not available.
Delivery from Omakase is free for orders above S$80, and costs a flat S$5 for orders over S$30.
