On Aug. 10, Jollibee Singapore opened its very first cloud kitchen in Tampines.

For the uninitiated, cloud kitchens are stores dedicated to fulfilling delivery orders via its delivery partners.
In this case, it's GrabFood, Foodpanda and Deliveroo.
The cloud kitchen also has a system for delivery riders to employ contactless procedures to help ensure food safety.

Delivery orders more than tripled
According to Dennis Flores, President for Jollibee Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia, delivery orders have more than tripled over the course of the Covid-19 pandemic.
With more cloud kitchens to open in Singapore soon, this is the brand's way to meet the increased demand for delivery and adapt to fast-changing consumer needs.

The cloud kitchen will offer the full range of Jollibee's menu including its Chickenjoy meals and Jolly Spaghetti.
It will also offer Chickenjoy Bundles, which combine Jollibee bestsellers into different group sizes to provide great value.
The cloud kitchen will provide delivery services from 10am to 8pm daily.
