Footage of a curious incident in Yishun is circulating online after being recorded on the dashcam of a blue car.

The video, which is silent, shows a man walking alone in a HDB estate.

He turns and appears to have noticed the car approaching him.

Before he can get out of the way, however, he falls to the ground both suddenly and slowly, and rolls over.

Apparently unscathed, the man gets up and continues walking, albeit somewhat more slowly this time.

The car likewise continues creeping forward, but neither man nor car get very far before the pedestrian goes down once again, with a dramatic fall that sees both his feet thrown into the air.

In both instances, the man was some distance from the car when he fell, ruling out the possibility that he was hit.

Thus, it appears that the man knocked himself over on purpose.

However, the video being circulated does not include any sound, and it is not clear if the car might have honked at the man to begin with.

The video then ends with the man picking himself up once again.
