Earlier on July 1, the Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed an additional 215 cases of Covid-19, taking the total confirmed number of cases to 44,122.
There are 10 cases in the community, of whom six are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, and four are Work Pass holders.
In addition, there are four imported cases, all of whom had been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.
Five additional locations
MOH reported three additional locations where confirmed cases in the community visited during their infectious period (past 14 days). However, these locations may have been visited by confirmed cases before.
These are:
- Funan Mall, June 24, 10:15am to 11:20am
- Northpoint City, June 25, 7:50pm to 8:20pm
- Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe at Northpoint City, June 28, 1:20pm to 5:55pm
- Joe & Dough at Northpoint City, June 28, 1:20pm to 5:55pm
- McDonald’s at Lucky Plaza, June 28, 10:40am to 11:30am

Those who had been identified as close contacts of confirmed cases would already have been notified by MOH.
As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.
They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.
There is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been. The National Environment Agency will engage the management of affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
Two clusters closed
As there have been no more cases linked to the dormitories at 48 Toh Guan Road East and 7 Senoko South Road for the past two incubation periods (i.e. 28 days), the clusters have now been closed.
