Junction 8 & 2 Yishun supermarkets among places visited by confirmed Covid-19 persons

According to MOH, those who have been identified as close contacts of these confirmed cases have already been notified.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed 506 new cases of Covid-19 as of 12pm on Saturday, May 30, 2020.

This brings the total number of reported cases in Singapore to 34,366.

There are five cases in the community, of whom two are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, two are Work Permit holders and the remaining one is a Work Pass holder.

Close contacts of confirmed cases have already been notified by MOH

MOH has identified several locations as public places that confirmed Covid-19 cases in the community had visited for more than 30 minutes.

This includes the FairPrice Finest at Junction 8, Food Junction at Junction 8, NTUC FairPrice at 414 Yishun Ring Road, and Giant at 418 Yishun Avenue 11.

Two Don Don Donki outlets at 100AM (100 Tras Street) and JEM, as well as Mayflower Market and Food Centre (162 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4) were also among the locations.

According to MOH, those who have been identified as close contacts of these confirmed cases have already been notified.

As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.

Those who have visited these locations at the specified date and time should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell.

They should also inform the doctor of their exposure history.
