Some restrictions under the tightened circuit breaker measures are being eased up.
Some businesses are being allowed to open once again after stricter measures were implemented from 11:59pm on April 21.
One of the notable re-openings are barbershops, albeit only for basic haircuts.

Images shared on Facebook and forums showed lines of varying lengths, but talking to some on the ground, Mothership understands a few had already been waiting for more than an hour for their haircuts.
Prior to the re-opening, steps were taken by barbershops to regulate the number of customers that might flock down to their shops.
With some even extending their operating hours to space out potential customers.
