The Utah Jazz saw their starting center test positive for Covid-19 earlier today.
Now arguably their best player, Donovan Mitchell, has been tested positive for the virus as well.
League sources told ESPN that Gobert's teammate was the second confirmed case of Covid-19 in the league.
"Jazz star Donovan Mitchell has tested positive for the coronavirus, league sources tell ESPN. Jazz players privately say that Rudy Gobert had been careless in the locker room touching other players and their belongings. Now a Jazz teammate has tested positive."
Mitchell was also at Del City High School yesterday (Mar. 11) for a private workout.
According to Shams Charania, reporter for the Athletic, reported that Mitchell was the only one at this moment who tested positive for the virus.
The Jazz players are reportedly staying over at a hotel in Oklahoma as they await results of their tests.
