Justin Trudeau announced on March 12 that he would impose a self-quarantine on himself after his wife, Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau, had developed mild symptoms after coming back from London.
Today, it was confirmed that Sophie had Covid-19.
She will remain in isolation for the time being.
A statement was also made by Sophie about her condition.
While she was experiencing symptoms from the virus, she promised to get back on her feet soon.
