Unfortunately, except for a missing splash of purple, the design looks strikingly like Liang Xi Mei's outfit.
For those not acquainted with Liang Xi Mei, the character is basically local director Jack Neo dressed as a woman, popularised in a 90s variety show on Channel 8 called "Comedy Nite".

In the past, though, Neo had no purple accents in his outfit, which made the similarity even more pronounced:

While the coat does not seem to be selling online, a similar cotton set consisting of a top and bottom is available.
