On Jan. 25, 2020, Malaysia's health minister Dzulkefly Ahmad confirmed three Novel Coronavirus in Malaysia.
Three cases in Malaysia
According to the New Straits Times, the three infected are Chinese nationals who have been quarantined at a hotel in Johor Bahru over the past few days.
The three of them were in close contact with the first coronavirus patient in Singapore.
They are now in Sungai Buloh Hospital in Selangor for treatment.
11 suspected cases
In a press conference, Dzulkefly mentioned that prior to this, there were 11 suspected cases in Malaysia, consisting of eight Malaysians, two Chinese nationals and one Jordanian.
10 of these cases have tested negative for the coronavirus while the of one of the cases, a Malaysian, is still pending.
