A pregnant woman in Malaysia, who went viral after confronting her husband and another woman in public, has since said she is choosing to remain with him for the sake of their unborn child, despite alleging that he had been seeing someone else.
The woman, identified on social media as Syu, first shared videos showing her confronting her husband, identified as Yusri, and another woman at Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur.
Some reports described the latter as a university student.

In one video shared on TikTok that has since been taken down, Syu appeared to approach the pair while they were seated together inside the shopping mall, with the other woman seen calmly continuing to eat llaollao frozen yoghurt despite being confronted.
Syu could be heard asking the woman if she knew the man was her husband.
“Do you know that this is my husband? Why do you still go out with him?” she said.
She also asked if the student knew she was pregnant, adding that she had been suffering daily.
At one point, the husband appeared to tell her not to make a scene, saying they could otherwise be reported to the police.
Syu had later tracked the pair down after suspecting her husband was meeting another woman, according to Kisah Dunia, and had even paid for the woman’s Grab ride home after the confrontation.
Second confrontation took place later that night
However, the matter did not end there.

In a second video posted later, Syu appeared to confront the pair again at a nasi kandar eatery after seeing that they had continued meeting again on the same night despite the earlier confrontation at the mall.
During the exchange, she was seen ripping the other woman’s hijab off her head before overturning a plate of rice onto her, with food scattering across the table and onto the woman’s hair.
Meanwhile the husband didn't stop her, just staring at her instead.
“I’ve already warned you, I’m going to make you viral,” she said in the clip, while accusing the woman of lacking empathy towards someone who was pregnant.

In one exchange, the other woman said she had met the husband online through Telegram and did not know he was married. She then promised to block him and repeated her shock at at finding out Yusri was already attached.
Another message read: “I hope your relationship with him stays well. I’m sorry for causing you stress during pregnancy.”
The subsequent screenshot, however, showed the other woman and Yusri planning to allegedly deceive Syu behind her back by sending her a screenshot suggesting that he had been blocked, before reversing it afterwards.
Syu also posted a pregnancy scan, claiming that while she was attending the scan, her husband had gone to pick the other woman up from work.

She added that she did not want her child to grow up without a father, and said this was only the first time her husband had wronged her with the woman, whom she claimed he had only known for one week.
Syu also said she had made the matter public while overcome by emotion, and asked social media users not to spread her address or disturb her in-laws.
