A video circulated online showed a car stopped after a car park gantry barrier, and a tow truck behind it.

A crowd of people had formed around the car park exit, looking on at the car.

According to the person who shared the video, an elderly man drove into the exit gantry barriers of the Golden Mile Tower car park, and caused others to be stuck waiting inside the car park for about an hour.

He was allegedly inebriated.

The driver vomited and stumbled after he got out of the car, the witness said, adding that he did not hurt anyone.
