Man, 82, missing since Feb. 1 night, last seen in Yishun, police appealing for info

The police are appealing for information about an 82-year-old man who went missing on Feb. 1.
Low Kow was last seen in the vicinity of Block 101 Yishun Avenue 5 at about 7:30pm that Sunday, said the Singapore Police Force in a news release.
In a post in the Facebook group Missing Persons Singapore, a man who is said to be Low's grandnephew appealed for help, adding that Low is deaf and mute.
Anyone with information is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online.
