Private bus & bicycle accident in Tuas: Cyclist, 46, dies, bus driver, 68, assisting with investigations

A cyclist died following an accident with a private bus in Tuas on Jan. 30 morning.
According to Shin Min Daily News, the cyclist is believed to be a worker from Bangladesh, and the bus involved is owned by a private company.
In response to Mothership's queries, the police confirmed they were alerted to an accident involving a bus and a bicycle at the junction of Tuas South Avenue 4 and Tech Park Crescent at 7:55am on Friday.
The cyclist was conveyed unconscious to the hospital, where he subsequently passed away.
A 68-year-old male bus driver is assisting with investigations, police said.
Details of the incident were also shared on Facebook, where an accompanying photo showed a man lying unconscious on the road, with his face covered in blood, Shin Min reported.
A backpack, believed to belong to him, was seen nearby.
