HDB to launch 1,316 BTO flats in Tampines & Sembawang with less than 3 years wait time
The Toa Payoh project, Kim Keat Crest, will have a wait time of three years and one month.
The Housing and Development Board (HDB) will launch 1,316 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats across three projects with wait times of under three years.
These Shorter Waiting Time (SWT) flats are part of the 4,692 BTO flats in the February 2026 sales exercise.
The Tampines Bliss project will have the shortest wait time of one year and 11 months, making it one of the fastest SWT projects to be completed since the flats were introduced in 2018.

The other two SWT projects, Tampines Nova and Sembawang Deck, will have wait times of two years and eight months and two years and nine months, respectively.

The remaining two projects offered in the February sales exercise are in Sembawang and Bukit Merah.
HDB will also offer over 4,300 balance flats in a concurrent Sale of Balance Flats exercise, a 40 per cent increase from the 3,000 units committed previously.
