Thai store owner, 70, forced to sell 3 pieces of clothes for 100 baht after flood to recoup some money

A Thai clothing store owner is selling three pieces of clothes for 100 baht (S$4.05) after almost all his goods were damaged by the Hat Yai floods.
Pictures by Thai news site onenews31 showed the aftermath of the floods which damaged majority of the owner's clothes in his store.
He is among many local residents severely impacted by the floods.
Persistent heavy rainfall across Hat Yai district triggered widespread flooding since mid-November, with conditions worsening on Nov. 22.
Devastating damage
Following the floods, he told onenews31 that the floodwater reached the ceiling.
He said this was the worst flooding he had experienced in his life.
The owner added that the products in his shop were ruined after being submerged in water and mud.
As a result, he has to sell them at that price just to attract some buyers.
Nothing left
In light of the floods, the owner said he had nothing left of his life's hard work.
He added that just surviving was a great achievement.
He pointed out that he was 70 years old now, and questioned how he could start over. He said while he had the will to fight, he was completely exhausted.
