This full moon is the closest to Earth in 2025, according to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).

While "Beaver Moon" is not an official term, it is a nickname for the full moon in November.

This is the second supermoon in 2025, with the first one occurring on Oct. 8, 2025.

The next supermoon is expected to appear on Dec. 4, 2025.
