For Singapore's 60th birthday, Ce La Vi is launching a series of festivities this August.
Perched on top of Marina Bay Sands on the 57th floor, the rooftop restaurant is known for offering panoramic fireworks views against the city skyline.

According to a press release, it recently renovated its space in June and can now accommodate up to 151 pax.

The restaurant will be bringing back its annual National Day party this year on Aug. 9.
It will run from 12pm to 10pm at its Club Lounge.
Guests can indulge in a variety of local favourites from rainbow bread ice cream sandwiches to iced gem biscuits.
There will also be a live grilling station serving satay for those craving something more savoury.

To celebrate the special occasion, Ce La Vi is also rolling out two new curated menus for a limited time.

The three-course menu is available from 11:30am to 3pm.
Highlights include its Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops and Black Truffle “Sushi Rice” Okayu with roasted butternut squash.
The experience is also paired with free-flow champagne, wines, beers, and signature cocktails.

National Day Degustation Dinner Menu

The four-course menu will run from 5:30pm to 12am.
It features reimagined local dishes from Chilli Crab to Ang Ku Kueh.
