Plane with livery featuring Labubu & other Pop Land characters spotted at Changi Airport

On Jun. 24, an Airbus 320-214 aircraft from Chinese low-cost airline Loong Air was spotted at Singapore's Changi Airport.

The catch? The plane's red livery features 10 Pop Land characters, including Labubu, Molly, and Hirono.

A nickname for Pop Mart City Park in Beijing, the phrase "Pop Land" was also printed on the engines of the aircraft.

Hangzhou TV station reported that the aircraft's interior, including its overhead compartments, tray table, and seats, also featured Pop Land elements.

Details of the flight

According to Loong Air, the aircraft, named "Pop Mart City Park line," is a collaboration between the airline and Pop Mart.

Data from flight tracking website AirNav Radar indicated that the aircraft arrived in Singapore at 2:15pm on Jun. 24 from the southern Chinese city of Wenzhou.

After spending around an hour at Changi Airport, the aircraft returned to Wenzhou at around 9pm, according to FlightAware.

As of Jul. 13, Loong Air operates the round-trip flights, GJ8931 and GJ8932, three times a week.

How to travel on Pop Mart City Park line?

If you are keen to travel on the Pop Mart City Park line, do note that the aircraft may not be deployed for every GJ8931 and GJ8932 flight.

This is because Loong Air also deploys the aircraft, whose registration number is B-8895, for domestic routes within China, in addition to the Wenzhou-Singapore route.

A customer service representative from the airlines told Sichuan TV station that the only way travellers can see if they will be travelling on the Pop Mart City Park line is to check whether their aircraft's registration number is B-8895.
