If you're in the mood for some hotpot, consider heading down to Shuai Jiang Jun (Lead General Hot Pot in English) from now till Aug. 31.

The hotpot restaurant is rolling out a new promotion as part of Singapore's 60th birthday celebrations.
Located at Tiong Bahru Plaza, the restaurant will be offering a free hotpot base to diners with the digits six or zero in their NRIC or work permit.
How does it work?

To redeem your free hotpot base, simply present a valid NRIC or work permit that includes the digits 6 or 0 at the restaurant.
The redemption will include a free dual Red and White soup base.
Here's what you can choose from:
White Broth
- General’s Fish Maw and Chicken Pot
- Classic Pork Tripe & Chicken Broth
- General’s Wild Mushroom Pot
Red Broth
- General’s Clear Oil Pot
- General’s Inferno Spicy Beef Tallow
- General’s Red Robe Tomato Pot
Do note that one redemption is limited per table and the choice of soup base is subject to availability.
